So, If you haven't figured it out yet, my post today is on the MULLET. I am wishing that my Bro Kyle was home today because I know that he has many more names than these!
So, yesterday I was hanging out at my fav sis's house and Carlie came in and told us that Tylie cut her hair. At first we just figured that she meant with the "play scissors" that Carlie has, but when we told her to go get the scissors she used, sure enough, they were real ones. When we finally got her to come in the room and show us, this is what we saw...

My sweet little Tylie has a mullet! I am one of those mom's now! We have been working on growing her sides out for, oh, almost 3 years now (and she is almost 3 years old), so pretty much her entire existance! So, I guess now we start all over! I called one of my friends who lives down the road from me and she came to the rescue and got her all fixed up, at least the best she could. So, now her hair is very short again, but we'll just start all over and work on growing it all out once again!

Oh Lisa! It's a good thing she is so cute, even with the mullet! At least with two boys running around I will never have to worry about them giving each other a haircut that we can't just buzz off :)
I'm thinking she pretty cute sportin' the Mul"ette"! I still feel so bad that it was at my house, and with my scissors that this happened! At least I'm still the "fav sis", but I don't know that I really deserve that title anymore :(
Oh she looks cute!! But I do have to admit that is like my BIGGEST fear! I would just cry! I bet you just can not wait till shes a teenager LOL!
At least it wasn't too bad. I think it could have been worse. I would come unglued if Brielle ever did that. You know how I am, you've seen my blog. I have been very lucky that she hasn't ever attempted it. "Knock on wood"
Oh man. It says a lot about a chick that is hott enough to pull of the mul"ette", but you had to ruin all the fun by getting it fixed. The new haircut is cute too though, she did a great job on the repair! I wonder what your sisters daughter is going to look like next, since the salon is now open for business at your house!
Oh Lisa! At least it was fixable. The new cut is cute on her. Hailey has done that a few times. Yeah, you would think she would learn. The only time too noticable was when she cut part of her bangs to the scalp and also a little bit of the longer part that was always pulled back.
OH! I feel your pain! Brooklyn did that not too long ago and I feel its going to take FOREVER to recover! It's such a pain growing it out! But Tylie still looks so cute...how can you ever get mad at that cute smile in her last pic??? :) SO cute!
Crap, I totally missed the free gift:( I'm gettin one for sure next year!
K, so I'm pretty much thinking that this little girl of yours is going to keep you on your toes for the REST OF YOUR LIFE!!! I am freakin dyin at those pics, but she does look so cute with that little short bob! Maybe not as cute as the mul"ette"!!!
That was great. I hadn't heard a lot of the STLB names. You learn something new everyday! At least she is a little girl having fun. There are plenty of grown men sporting that do on purpose!
OH LISA! One time my niece gave my favorite cabbage patch doll (that I had kept since I was a little girl) a haircut. She had to sit on the bed. Since then she has played barber shop with the neighbor girl and she ended up with short sides and the neighbor girls ponytail was chopped off at the BASE. Needless to say, it could have been worse.......
ugh this seems like a going trend with children around me...oh dear maybe I should just shave Ebie's head and get it over with :) jk
Im dreading the day...I know it's coming but I sure dont want it to.
Im glad your little one did such a good job on her's I have seen some horrible hair cuts lately but her's turned out SO cute.
Love it!! I'm sure her mother was a little angel and never did anything like that when she was a kid. lol ;)
I love the "Tylie" posts on your blog! I think you should have a special blog just for her. ;) What a cute little stinker. I like the new haircut too. She's just cute no matter what.
As devastating as it is it did turn out to be cute!
I am so sorry to hear that! I was just reading Megan's about her little Macie doing that and then I come over to your blog and there is your little Tylie with a cute haircut provided by herself. Like I was telling Megan....I swear almost every little girl has to experience this sometime in her life. I am glad to see that you were able to fix it....it looks cute. Good Luck on starting over the growing out stage.
She is still as adorable as ever!
LISA!!! AAAHHHH!!! It could have been a LOT worse though. My friend's little girl grabbed her bangs & cut right at the base, so yeah, it could have been worse! Ha ha & hey, congrats to your boys on the wrestling this past weekend & kudos to you for gettin' those killer deals at Albie's!!! When we gonna head to Olive Garden again?!?!?!
Looks like she found her calling:) Thank goodness it could be fixed though. She's still as cute as ever!!!
